What a pleasure to see JMMDS featured on Houzz! “The Art of the Espalier” by June Scott includes a fabulous ideabook of diverse examples of espaliered trees, including a Pyracantha coccinea (scarlet firethorn) trained up a granite wall from one of our projects in the Boston area.

An espalier is a tree or shrub trained to grow flat against a wall or fence (or sometimes the espalier is the fence).
